And there’s the problem of juggling our passion with a homelife. All this creates “perfect storm” conditions for entrepreneurs to be under stress. How can we deal with it in order to survive and thrive?
At any time of the day, preferably when overwhelmed by the pressures of work and life, find a secluded place for five minutes. Sit in a chair with your tailbone all the way to the back of the chair, spine straight, head up, chin level with the floor. Place one palm over the other and place both palms over your heart. Take two deep, cleansing breaths, then return to normal breathing.

- “May I be free from fear and sorrow.” (Say this twice.)
- “May I be healthy and free from illness. (Say this twice.)
- “May I live calmly and peacefully.” (Say this twice.)*
