Celebrating I-Open 2014 Contributors and Authors!
This year we celebrate --
- Throughout 2014, we've enjoyed the beautiful imagery of Cleveland, Ohio photographer, Alice Merkel. Monthly featured banner photos (above) communicate organic structure, organization, or processes found in natural systems. Images help us understand the complex dynamics of social, economic and environmental systems affecting community and economic development, and provide deeper insight into I-Open author stories by adding subtle, sophisticated nuances as only a photograph can. Thank you Alice!
- IN THE NAME OF REST AND LOVE by Olanrewaju Tejuoso, an Abeokuta, Nigeria based artist who uses wastes such as discarded sachet water bags, empty cans and packets of beverages and fast food wrappers for his sculptures and installations.

- HOW TO FRAME A CONVERSATION ABOUT RACE IN AMERICA by Ken Homer, Founder, Collaborative Conversations and Director, I-Open.
