In 2014, people from all over the world contributed content to the I-Open community! Thank you!

This year we celebrate --

The Photography of Alice Merkel
  • Throughout 2014, we've enjoyed the beautiful imagery of Cleveland, Ohio photographer, Alice Merkel. Monthly featured banner photos (above) communicate organic structure, organization, or processes found in natural systems. Images help us understand the complex dynamics of social, economic and environmental systems affecting community and economic development, and provide deeper insight into I-Open author stories by adding subtle, sophisticated nuances as only a photograph can. Thank you Alice!
