Richard Boucher is a Learning and Development Consultant
Richard Boucher has worked as a Learning and Development professional for over twenty-five years across a wide range of settings: Public School, Corporations and Higher Education. 

He is a recognized expert in the application of the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Implementation-Evaluation) model to develop Learning and Development projects.

Richard specializes in Course Development, Evaluation, eLearning, Classroom Facilitation and Organizational Change.
He has worked on a variety of technical and management programs both in the US and globally.

Richard’s career experiences combined with his academic accomplishments reflect a deep commitment to personal and professional development. After completing his MS (Adult Learning/Instructional Systems) he worked for several Fortune 100 companies as Instructional Designer, Instructor, Consultant and Manager. 

Richard completed several certificate programs that enabled him to broaden his Instructional Design skills. For example, he consulted and taught Systems Thinking workshops to Product Development teams and Organizational Change Management workshops to Information Technology consultants. 

Richard consults and volunteers in support of not-for profit-organizations in Western Massachusetts. He enjoys fly-fishing, hiking and landscape photography.
